We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our
International Sales Team
. The role involves communicating with customers in the USA, understanding their automotive part requirements, and providing suitable product or service solutions.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential US customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work during US business hours (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
Strong sales attitude and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
Prior experience in international sales or voice process preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
