: Sales Member / Sales Coordinator - Fitness Centre

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly

Sales Members / Sales Coordinators

to join our fitness centre team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about fitness and eager to start a career in sales. You will be responsible for assisting clients, explaining membership options, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in clients and answer inquiries via phone/online. Explain membership packages, offers, and benefits in a clear manner. Coordinate with the sales and fitness teams for client on-boarding. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales. Support in promotions, events, and marketing campaigns. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience Requirement:

0-1 year of sales or customer service experience

(fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).

Work Conditions:

Full-time role with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Salary + performance-based incentives.
