Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines of our growth strategy. You'll connect with
new prospects, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and create meaningful relationships with
businesses that need our expertise.

What You'll Do
Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns,
LinkedIn/social media outreach, and networking.
Follow up quickly and thoughtfully on inbound inquiries and leads from demand
generation partners.
Build strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted first point of contact.
Prepare meaningful personalized email
Document activity and manage your pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Attend meetings with prospects to understand their needs and align technology to
their business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to your conversations.
What We're Looking For
Must have 5+ years of experience in technology sales development targeting the North American small and mid market businesses.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure / BCDR / GRC / Networking (routing & switching) / Cybersecurity
(endpoint, email security, SASE) will be an advantage.
Experience helping organizations with limited technical expertise make smart IT decisions.
Comfortable building trust, not pressure -- you're in it for the relationship, not just the
close.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a hybrid work environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
