Shift Timing:



9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri) 9:00 am to 1:00 pm ( Sat)

Skills & Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is mandatory. Basic knowledge of sales techniques. Negotiation skills are required. Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, field visits, and various online platforms. Explain product features and benefits to prospects. Build and maintain customer relationships. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain proper documentation of client interactions. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. Ensure all sales records are accurately maintained and up-to-date in the CRM. Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Sales Team. Coordinate travel arrangements, conferences, and event participation. Handle documentation and filing related to sales transactions and contracts Support the implementation of new sales tools and technology within the team.
