Sales Manager Responsibilities:



Lead, coach & motivate sales team to achieve targets. Conduct coaching sessions, field visits & team meetings. Build a positive, competitive team culture. Track sales performance & support in complex deal closures.

Job Requirements (Short):



2+ years of field sales experience. CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits. Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills. Graduate (any stream). Local candidates preferred. Team handling ability.
