Roshan Shah Jewellers is a premium jewellery brand known for trust, elegance, and long-standing customer relationships. We are looking for a responsible and active Social Media Representative to manage daily social media coordination and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Upload daily stories and basic posts on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
Coordinate daily with the social media agency for content, approvals, and updates
Respond to customer messages and queries on social media platforms
Call customers for offers, promotions, and follow-ups when required
Share new arrivals, schemes, and store updates online
Maintain basic records of customer interactions and leads
Requirements
Basic experience in social media handling or customer interaction
Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
Good communication skills
Ability to coordinate smoothly with internal teams and agencies
Jammu-based candidates preferred
Salary
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
