Key Responsibilities
Manage online customer inquiries across platforms such as website chat, WhatsApp, social media, and marketplaces.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right mattress products based on comfort, budget, and lifestyle.
Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow?ups.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor product listings, pricing, and customer reviews to optimize sales performance.
Assist in creating engaging product descriptions, FAQs, and sales scripts.
Track sales metrics and contribute ideas to improve online sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent command of
spoken and written English

Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Experience in e?commerce, online customer service, or retail sales (mattress or furniture experience is a plus).
Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly to customers.
