Training:Train new staff on how to use EDC and its special features. Problem Solving:Help diagnose and fix issues with the machines and figure out why the problems are happening. Relationship Building:Build good relationships with store or branch managers and be their main contact for anything related to EDC or POS. Required Experience: Industry Background:Have a background in the POS/Payment industry, like having worked with big banks or payment companies. Experience Level:Have 1-3 years of experience dealing with small to medium-sized businesses (SME) or large hotels, especially in the service industry. Brand Management:If you\'ve managed big, well-known brand stores before, that\'s a big plus. Data Skills:Be able to create and analyze sales reports and customer data. Technical Troubleshooting:Know how to fix technical problems with POS systems quickly. Software Updates:Install and check software updates to make sure the POS systems work well and have all the features. Success in the Industry:Show that you\'ve been successful in the POS/Payment industry before. Problem Solving and Negotiation:Be really good at figuring out and fixing problems and negotiating solutions.
