. As a Sales Representative, you will actively manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
--from
lead generation and initial outreach to requirement understanding, solution positioning, follow-ups, and deal closure
. You will work closely with leadership, technical teams, and clients to convert business opportunities into successful projects.
Location: Kochi (with willingness to travel throughout India for client meetings)

Who we are looking for:
We are expanding our sales engine and want a hungry, articulate, and polished Sales Representative who can take warm/hot leads (generated by marketing and the leadership team), proactively generate their own leads and close business independently and convert them into signed contracts for our IT services and proprietary SaaS products and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle from lead to closure: discovery call ? requirement gathering ? product/service demo ? proposal ? negotiation ? contract signing.
Conduct high-impact online and (when required) in-person product demonstrations and POC presentations.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate data forecast in the CRM system.
Collaborate with pre-sales technical team delivery heads to create winning solutions for prospects.
Attend industry events, conferences networking meets whenever required.
Must-have Skills & Traits
Proven B2B sales experience (IT services, SaaS, software products, digital transformation, cloud solutions, or custom development is a big plus).
Exceptional communication presentation skills -- you can simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to handle objections close deals independently.
Professional grooming confident body language (important for client-facing video calls in- person meetings).
Self-driven with a strong "hustler" mindset -- you do whatever it takes ethically to win the deal.
Proficiency in English is a must-have.
Freshers may be considered if you:
Have participated in college-level business/sales competitions or ran your own small venture/start-up.
Can show extraordinary drive, learning agility communication skills during the interview process.
Compensation Structure (Best in industry for the right talent)
Fixed CTC shall be based on experience relevance
Variable / Performance Bonus: Lucrative uncapped incentives paid monthly quarterly on achieving exceeding revenue targets (top performers easily earn ?12-20+ Lakhs total per year).
