Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to businesses, retail shops, and offices to pitch our software solutions
Understand customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations
Educate business owners on software benefits (e.g., billing, inventory, CRM, customer engagement)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and on-ground visits
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide onboarding support and liaise with the support team for a seamless implementation
Gather market feedback to refine sales strategy and product positioning
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
field sales
,
software sales
, or
B2B sales
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, especially with non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel daily and meet 5-10 prospects regularly
Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus
Basic understanding of mobile apps, demo delivery, and customer onboarding
