A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. .Promotes and sells Medtronic\'s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets (AOP). .Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. .Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic\'s products and/or services. .Promotes and establishes company\'s products and/or services. .Conducts market research including customers and competitor\'s activities and analysis of total market and accounts. .Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. .Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.\' .Timely reporting as per BU requirement on sales data and completion of assigned training. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Minimum 3-7 Years of Experience in sales with Science background(Graduation in Science or Biomedical Engineering) To gain market share in the Cardiac Rhythm Heart Failure (CRHF) business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic\'s Pacing products within assigned territory Nice to Have Experience in cardiology preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management devices or relevant experience with good communication skills and managing corporate and government accounts. Candidate with IBHRE CCDS will be preferred.
