Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Sales Representative with 2-5 years of experience in selling mutual funds and investment products. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while offering suitable investment solutions aligned with client financial goals.

Key Responsibilities



Acquire and onboard new clients for mutual fund, AIFs and other investment products Promote and sell mutual funds across equity, debt, hybrid, ELSS, SIPs, and related products Identify client needs and recommend appropriate investment solutions based on risk profiling Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of AUM, SIPs, and revenue Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Conduct regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and client servicing activities Educate clients on market trends, product features, and investment opportunities Ensure all client documentation, KYC, and transactions comply with regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams for smooth execution Participate in sales campaigns, investor awareness programs, and promotional initiatives

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in sales of mutual funds or financial products Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Target-driven mindset with strong relationship management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Certifications (Highly Preferred)



AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN) NISM certification for Mutual Funds AIF Distributor Certification (NISM Series - Alternative Investment Funds) Any additional financial market or investment-related certifications are a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile



Experience in retail, HNI, or affluent client segments Existing client base or strong market network is an added advantage Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end sales cycles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
