Digital Innovation is hiring a Field Executive for Sales and Marketing to promote our digital services including website development, mobile app development, software solutions, digital marketing, and AI-based services. The role focuses on field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and supporting sales closures across Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit local businesses, startups, and offices to pitch company services, generate and qualify leads through field marketing activities, understand client requirements, coordinate with the internal team, maintain daily visit and sales reports, follow up with prospects, and help achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of sales and marketing, readiness for field work, and a positive attitude. Prior experience in B2B sales or IT/digital services is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).

Experience:
0-3 years (freshers can apply).

Salary:
?10,000 to ?30,000 per month, depending on profile and experience.

Sales Incentive:
Attractive performance-based sales incentives on every successful deal closed.

Working Days:
6 days a week

Pay: ₹8,495.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
