Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote products/services to customers through meetings, calls, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations as required.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and customer networks.
Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Should be open to fieldwork (if applicable).
