Key Responsibilities

Market Expertise
: Gain in-depth knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market, including prominent projects, developers, and emerging trends.
Expo Support
: Assist clients at expos by connecting them with developers and showcasing premier investment opportunities.
Project Presentations
: Deliver comprehensive presentations on various Gurgaon real estate projects, enabling clients to make informed decisions.
Sales Closure
: Drive property sales, converting leads into successful transactions.
Post-Expo Relationship Management
: Maintain client relationships post-expo, addressing inquiries and discussing further investment opportunities.
Lead Management
: Track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure effective lead management.
Qualifications
:
Open to both graduates and postgraduates.
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong proficiency in Hindi and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship building and teamwork.
Confidence in presenting real estate projects both in person and via phone.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Ability to guide clients through decision-making processes effectively.
