Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound leads

from the website, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries. Understand customer needs and suggest

suitable AV / home audio / tech solutions

. Convert inquiries into

successful sales orders

through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain strong relationships with

repeat and high-value customers

. Work closely with the

technical and operations teams

for order fulfillment and installation coordination. Manage and update customer information and lead status in

CRM / Excel tracking sheets

. Stay updated with

product features, pricing, and new launches

from top AV brands. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets and conversion goals

. Handle

B2C and B2B clients

including home users, studios, schools, restaurants, and corporate clients. Represent the brand professionally and build

long-term trust-based relationships

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent

communication, listening, and persuasion skills

. Good understanding of

audio, video, and electronic products

. Confident in handling both

retail walk-ins and digital inquiries

. Strong follow-up and negotiation ability. Basic computer skills --

CRM, Excel, Google Sheets

, and online chat tools. Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
