Required Skillset

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

(verbal & written). Strong sales background with proven ability to handle customer queries effectively. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and ensure resolution with a customer-first approach. Drive customer success by providing accurate product/service information. Maintain high standards of service quality, compliance, and professionalism. Achieve performance targets aligned with business requirements.
