Identify and generate new business opportunities in the
construction and infrastructure sector
.
Build and maintain relationships with
contractors, EPC companies, consultants, and developers
.
Understand client requirements and offer
procurement solutions/materials
best suited for their projects.
Coordinate with the procurement and operations team for
quotations, pricing, and timely deliveries
.
Prepare and deliver
sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for payments, orders, and feedback.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or Engineering
(preferred).
Proven experience in
sales/business development
, ideally in
construction materials, MEP, or procurement industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
