Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present and promote products/services to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiate and close deals with clients effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports using CRM software.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
