About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated

Sales Executives

to join our international voice team. The ideal candidate will engage with global customers over calls, identify their requirements, and guide them toward suitable solutions. This is a performance-driven role that offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to potential or existing customers Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions Maintain follow-ups and build customer relationships Meet individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably international voice process) Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Versant Level 5 preferred) Comfortable working in a voice-based and target-driven environment Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Key Skills:
