Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads (walk-ins, digital, referrals)
Understand client requirements and present tailored modular furniture solutions
Conduct showroom walk-throughs and design/product presentations
Collaborate with the design and production teams to provide accurate quotations
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Close sales effectively and ensure smooth project handover
Maintain CRM records and report weekly/monthly sales progress
Assist in market research, competitor tracking, and client feedback
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders for B2B opportunities
