Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team. As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, managing a team of detailing technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient process.
Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow for detailing technicians.
Maintain inventory levels of detailing products, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organizing the store environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
Maintain strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain quality standards in all detailing services performed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspection of completed work to verify compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to attract new customers and drive business growth.
Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.
