Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As an SDR at you will be the first point of contact with prospects. Your job is to
qualify leads
, understand customer pain points, and identify opportunities that align with our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using predefined criteria
Engage with prospects through
calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and fit
Identify decision-makers and evaluate alignment with product offerings
Keep CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) updated with accurate lead info
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth lead handoff
Provide feedback to improve targeting and messaging
Stay current on industry trends, buyer personas, and competitor solutions
Mandatory Requirements
1-3 years of
SaaS sales or lead qualification
experience
Proven experience working with
technical buyers
(engineering/product teams)
Must have experience in
International markets
No education sector experience
will be considered relevant
Familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong communication & objection-handling skills
Excellent lead evaluation, qualification, and conversion ability
