Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
Arrange test rides and ensure proper customer experience.
Maintain daily follow-ups with potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, enquiry sheets, and documentation.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper documentation.
Maintain good customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and marketing events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and features.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Email).
Experience in the automobile sector will be an added advantage.
Work Environment:
Showroom-based job.
Field visits for leads and follow-ups.
Regular interaction with customers, finance partners, and service team
