Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for assigned territory and products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
Appoint and manage distributors as per company norms
Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure proper visibility and availability of products in the market
Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery Role-wise Expectations
Sales Representative (SR):
Daily market visits and order generation
Retailer servicing and relationship management
