Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for machinery and turnkey projects
Handle key clients, distributors, and dealer network development
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
Coordinate with production, service, and accounts teams for smooth execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2
-3 years' experience
in machinery / industrial equipment sales
Proven experience in
B2B sales
and team handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel as per business requirement
Experience in cashew processing / food processing machinery will be an added advantage
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
