Role Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and deal closure. The role focuses on strategic, ethical, and value-driven client acquisition rather than call-center-style operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage potential client leads
Execute outreach through email, social media DMs, WhatsApp, and calls
Pitch company services professionally to prospects
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
Coordinate with internal teams for deal execution
Maintain basic records of leads and conversions
