tele-sales or inside sales experience from any industry

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to prospective Australian customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive sales pitches over the phone
Handle objections professionally and convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity in CRM systems
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow defined sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Work collaboratively with team leaders and support teams to improve conversions
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Confidence in handling sales conversations over the phone
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to close sales
Good listening skills and objection-handling capability
Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or calling systems
Eligibility & Experience
Graduate (Any Stream)
Sales experience in
any industry
(tele-sales, inside sales, BPO, etc.) is acceptable
Experience in international or Australian process is an added advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered
