Job Description

Wuhler Bearing is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage key? customer relationships, and lead a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong?background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and mentor a sales team.?



Key Responsibilities?



o Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth?



o Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and close deals.?



o?? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.?



o Identify and approach potential customers, expanding the company's client base.?



o Team Leadership & Management?



o Supervise and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.?



o Train team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.?



o Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback.?



o Customer Relationship Management?



o Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business.?



o Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns e?ciently.?



o Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and o?er tailored solutions.?



o Market & Competitor Analysis?



o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.?



o Provide insights on pricing, new products, and customer preferences.?



o Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies based on market conditions.?



o Coordination & Reporting?



o Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth? ?

o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts.?



o Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.?



? Key Requirements



?o Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products or bearings.?



o Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field?
