Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth through field sales activities, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role involves meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field activities Meet potential customers and explain products/services Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct market visits and competitor analysis Prepare daily activity and sales reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales & marketing (field sales preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated Local candidate preferred
