Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and features.
Convert inbound leads into sales by building trust and rapport.
Make outbound follow-up calls when required to warm leads or close deals.
Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and sales in CRM/software.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
