Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative who can convert leads into clients for our compliance, accounting, tax filing, and business registration services. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, explain services clearly, share pricing/proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups till closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for GST, ITR, company registration, bookkeeping, and related services. Understand client needs and offer suitable service packages. Share proposals, pricing, and documentation details. Maintain follow-up discipline and update CRM/Google Sheets. Coordinate with internal CA/compliance team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in BBA/B.Com/MBA or relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in sales/tele sales/business development (services preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to explain compliance and tax services in simple terms. Familiar with CRM/Google Sheets/Email/WhatsApp tools. Gujarati & Hindi required (English is an advantage).
