Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
