Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with leads (in-person, via calls, and messages) to explain Harvvest's programmes and offerings.
Understand students' needs and recommend suitable courses.
Convert enquiries into enrolments through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or internal tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Represent Harvvest professionally during seminars, workshops, and college events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any stream; marketing/finance preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and connect with people across different age groups.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus (training will be provided).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
