Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B and B2C clients including corporates, HR heads, wedding planners, and retailers.
Pitch and close bulk gifting orders for festivals, weddings, events, and corporate occasions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, exploring collaboration opportunities for repeat and referral business.
Follow up on leads from digital (Instagram, WhatsApp), offline (exhibitions, walk-ins), and referral channels.
Understand client needs and propose customized gifting solutions through consultative selling.(eg, create proposals)
Collaborate with design and social media teams to plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Recommend influencer tie-ups and local partnerships to boost visibility and reach.
Track and evaluate campaign and sales performance; share feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate reports for sales and client interactions.
Represent the brand professionally at exhibitions, client meetings, and other offline engagements.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English, Hindi, and the local language .
Strong sales acumen with understanding of buyer behavior .
Creative mindset with an appreciation for aesthetics and design .
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak seasons .
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of B2B/B2C sales or corporate experience .
Established network within corporate HR or event management sectors .
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe) .
Bonus Points If You Have:
Existing network in corporate HR or events industry
Experience selling to both B2C and B2B segments
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
