We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of electrical switches, p.v.c. conduit pipes, and wiring accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales within the electrical or construction industry, with a focus on building relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners in assigned territory.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for channel partners and end-users.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account receivables within credit limits.
Regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in electrical products, especially switches, sockets, wiring accessories, or related building materials.(freshers with good communication skills are also welcome)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills:
Network of dealers/distributors in the electrical industry.
Knowledge of project sales (residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial).
