Identify and approach potential clients including retail shops, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
Promote and sell company's socks products through B2B and B2C channels.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations accordingly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and retail meets.
Maintain records of sales and customer information.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to fulfill orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Promote and sell the company's range of socks across various channels (B2B, retail, online)
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
Handle order processing, returns, and after-sales support
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the
garment, hosiery, or socks industry
.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of retail and distribution channels.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Qualification: Graduate in any field (preferred: Sales/Marketing background).
Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Willing to travel as per business needs.
