Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the growth of Obe2Slim's customer base. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness and will use their skills to educate clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell Obe2Slim products and services to potential customers through various channels (in-person, online, social media, calls). Build strong client relationships by understanding their wellness goals and recommending suitable products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals. Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain a customer database (CRM). Represent the Obe2Slim brand at events, health expos, and seminars. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with social media and digital sales strategies is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
