Job description Expressare Technologies Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative Location: Gujarat Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling the company\xe2\x80\x99s software solutions to prospective clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs and to contribute to the overall success of the company. Primary responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and determine their readiness to purchase software solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, and position the company\'s software solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of software solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, highlighting the value proposition of the software solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities, using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the sales management team.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events to reach target audiences effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey the value of software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
