We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. Your main role is to be the face of our company, helping our customers, keeping the store running smoothly, and contributing to a positive team environment. You will focus on creating great experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and Help Customers:

Greet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude. Listen to their needs and help them find what they are looking for. Answer their questions clearly and honestly about our products and services.

Know Our Stuff:

Learn all about what we offer, our current promotions, and store rules. Handle the checkout process smoothly, including taking payments and issuing receipts.

Keep the Store Looking Great:

Make sure the sales floor is tidy, organized, and inviting. Help put new stock on the shelves and create attractive displays. Tag items correctly and keep everything in its right place.

Work Well with the Team:

Collaborate with your teammates and managers to reach daily goals. Share ideas and feedback in team meetings. Be reliable and supportive to create a great work atmosphere.

Solve Problems Professionally:

Handle any customer concerns calmly and work to find a solution. Know when to ask a manager for help with more complex issues.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in any job where you worked directly with people is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic math skills and comfort using a computer or cash register. A neat appearance and a can-do, team-player attitude.
