The Sales Representative for our Surgical Products Manufacturing Company plays a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of surgical equipment and devices, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Product Promotion:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our surgical equipment and devices.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our products.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide input to the management team regarding market demands and customer preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with customer service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of surgical equipment and medical industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
