Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Promote and sell tea products to wholesalers, retailers, and other distribution channels.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned territory.
Ensure effective visibility, merchandising, and in-store promotions of tea products.
Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and distribution partners.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
Manage inventory levels at distributor/retailer points to avoid stockouts.
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Collaborate with marketing teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales; experience in the beverage or tea category is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
