Ensure all outlets are merchandised according to company standards.
Implement and maintain planograms for product placement and visibility.
Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
Key Account Handling:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities, and visibility agreements.
Ensure timely execution of trade marketing initiatives at key accounts.
Promoters Training & Development:
Train and guide in-store promoters on product knowledge, selling techniques, and merchandising standards.
Monitor promoter performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Sales & Distribution:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Expand product availability across assigned territory.
Identify new sales opportunities and maintain effective coverage of the market.
Market Intelligence:
Gather competitor information (pricing, promotions, merchandising).
Provide feedback to the Sales Manager for strategy adjustments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
Strong understanding of merchandising and key account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and motivate promoters.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
