We're looking for a
Sales Representative
with a strong understanding of Python-based backend development--especially
Flask
--who can translate technical possibilities into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage new business leads interested in
custom Flask-based web applications
, APIs, and microservice development.
Understand client requirements and align them with our Flask development capabilities and broader tech offerings (e.g., AI, mobile, cloud).
Collaborate with our tech teams to create compelling proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical features in simple, business-relevant language.
Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho).
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (revenue, lead conversion, deal size, etc.).
Represent Pentoz at virtual events, webinars, and client meetings to grow our global client base.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in software development, SaaS, or digital services.
Basic understanding of
Flask (Python)
, backend development, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative selling environment.
Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Python frameworks (Flask, Django) and web development cycles.
Experience selling services to startups, fintech, healthtech, or SaaS companies.
Technical background (BSc in Computer Science or IT) or the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Previous experience in a remote-first or global sales team is a plus.
