Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

Sales Representative

to join our Berger Paints dealership in Coonoor. This is a

field-based role

, responsible for identifying and connecting with

local painters, contractors, and customers

, promoting Berger Paints products, and

driving walk-in sales

to our exclusive retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites, hardware shops, and residential areas to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with local

painters, builders, and end customers

. Explain product features, benefits, and colour solutions to prospective clients. Ensure regular follow-ups and convert leads to store sales. Report daily activities and updates to the store manager. Assist in coordinating product deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Graduates preferred. Experience in

paint sales / hardware / construction-related field work

is a plus. Strong local area knowledge of Coonoor and the surrounding regions. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and basic English. Willingness to travel locally and work on-field daily.
