Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Conduct regular check-in calls and emails to gather feedback, understand customer needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
Proactively address customer concerns and work collaboratively with the support team to resolve issues swiftly.
Develop a deep understanding of customer preferences to provide personalized service and product recommendations.
