Urgent Hiring for Sales Executive (Female)

Location - Reliance Circle, Kudasan Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels, manage client databases, and proactively seek out new prospects.

Sales & Negotiation:

Conduct property showings, provide professional advice on market conditions, and negotiate and finalize deals to meet sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Expertise:

Stay informed about current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and advice.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports for management, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes.
