Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the education sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as school principals, administrators, and procurement officers.
Present and demonstrate educational products/services (e.g.,Curriculum materials, training programs).
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with diverse clients in the education industry.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with educational institutions.
Familiarity with digital learning tools or curriculum-based products.
