Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote our products/services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or referrals Present, promote, and explain products/services to customers Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions Generate leads and convert them into sales Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Follow up with customers for repeat business Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or 12th pass (depending on role requirement) Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to convince and close deals Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM (preferred) Willingness to travel (for field sales roles) Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
