We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with good Hindi and English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, customer-focused, and result-oriented, with the ability to manage leads and convert them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, website, and social media.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a learning mindset.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or telecalling is an advantage.
Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
